Robert + Courtney

Robert + Courtney (with the help of their amazing vendors) transformed Los Portales with it’s beautiful southwest touches into a classy + gorgeous space to combine their taste + their hometown into their wedding day.

With the space boasting with their close friends + Courtney’s ladies decorating the space upon arrival, everyone was smiling + moving in a flurry to get everything perfect for their celebration.

Following the gals into the bridal suite, they added finishing touches (extra highlighter, please!)

Before taking the ladies out the door connecting to the back of the venue, Courtney presented a certain blue box to Hailey as a sweet gift as their family became a family of 3 with a fourth on the way. It felt like everyone within viewing distance was choking up or saying “aw” at their touching moment.

It was time to shuffle the girls out the door to snag a few portraits of her with her girls before the ceremony so the guys could add finishing touches + pin boutineers in the bridal suite. The getting ready is always full of excitement, anticipation, jokes, + reminiscing.

With guests arriving + the ceremony start time approaching it seemed like the time passed by quickly as their bridal party lined up but time slowed as Courtney walked down the aisle to her soon-to-be husband. A big grin on her face + all of the happy tears rolling down his, they met at the front with their closest family + friends spectating.

Their officiant kept the mood light by adding a few jokes along with kind sentiments about the couple but the jokes were absolutely needed following Courtney’s vows to Hailey:

“I vow to be the best step mom I can be. I vow to always make you banana bread & my baked chicken.

I vow to always give you the dark blue spaces when we play monopoly even if I may give you a hard time.

I will love you forever & I promise to love your dad forever & have a relationship modeled to you to how love should be.

I promise to always listen to you & support you in every way that I can

You will always be my first baby no matter how many babies come into our lives. I love you with all my heart & I hope you always know that.”

EVERYONE (including myself) was in tears at how touching her vows were.

With their family + families joined we got to capture family portraits + bridal party portraits before their intimate portraits of the two of them so then they could party the night away + be sent off by their loved ones with a sparkler exit!

Here are some of my favorites from their day!
